the hotel claimed to have parking nearby. it was more like a 10-minute walk to the nearest public lot (not fun with luggage, i tell you). plus, the check-in dude acted like i was interrupting his deep thoughts. he seemed annoyed i even existed (a real ray of sunshine, that one).

The location was acceptable. It was close to the town center.
the bathroom floor tile was cracked and the safe did not work. the wardrobe also would not close properly. the tv was small and i found no english language channels.

ideal location friendly staff
The location was ideal. It was in the town center with all facilities a short walk away. The staff was very friendly. I liked the sweetie jar in reception. It was a nice touch.
The hotel do not have surveillance cameras in the hallways.
